The condo

Two real bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a proper bed for everyone.

One bedroom with two king beds, one with a king, and a sofa bed in the living room for a seventh guest. Both bathrooms have double sinks, so nobody waits for the bathroom in the morning. Full kitchen, laundry room right next door, smart TVs, fast wifi and a desk if someone needs to work for an hour.

Bedroom one: two king beds

Two king beds in one room, ideal for two couples or a family with kids. Its bathroom has a double sink and you can reach it from the room or from the hall.

The terrace

This is the part people write home about.

A huge covered terrace looking straight at the boats. A sofa corner, a sun lounger, dining for six, and the pool and jacuzzi right below you. Coffee in the morning, wine in the evening.

The pool

Hanging daybeds over the water. Yes, really.

The pool is directly below your terrace and a few steps from the elevator. Swing beds suspended over the shallow end, a long mosaic lounge shelf, a jacuzzi, and a palapa with a grill at the far side.

The beach

Five minutes on foot. No car, no taxi.

A calm, protected bay inside the village. Shallow, clear water with no waves, which is why families with small kids love it. Beach chairs, restaurants and the dolphin lagoon are all right there.

The village

Everything close is walkable. Everything else is a short drive.

Puerto Aventuras is a gated village, not a strip. Guards at the entrance, no through traffic, and people get around on foot or by golf cart. Fishing boats leave from the dock right in front of the building every morning.
